Purpose of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to the website www.moroccoairport.com (hereinafter “the Site”) as well as its use. They set out the rights and obligations of every visitor (hereinafter “the User”) and the conditions under which the content is made available.

Morocco Airport is an independent editorial website dedicated to travellers preparing a stay in Morocco: airports, flights, transport, accommodation and destinations. It acts on a purely informational basis and carries out no transport, direct booking or airport service activity.

Acceptance and modification of the Terms

By accessing the Site, the User acknowledges having read, understood and unreservedly accepted these Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Anyone who disagrees with any of these provisions is invited to stop using the Site immediately.

We may amend these terms at any time in order to adapt them to changes in the Site or in applicable regulations. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of consultation. It is the User’s responsibility to review it regularly.

Purely informational nature of the content

The information published on the Site (flight schedules, departures and arrivals, airport services, fares, formalities, travel advice, etc.) is provided strictly for guidance only. It has no contractual value and is liable to change or to contain errors, omissions or outdated data.

Before any trip, booking or decision, the User must always verify the information with official sources: airlines, airport operators, the relevant Moroccan authorities and the providers concerned. Only these sources are authoritative. The Site cannot replace a direct check with these organisations.

Independence of the Site

Morocco Airport is an editorial and independent project. It is neither affiliated with, nor associated with, nor endorsed by the National Airports Office (ONDA), the Moroccan State, any administration, any airport authority or any airline. It is in no way an official site.

Any third-party names, trademarks and logos that may be mentioned are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes (nominative use), in order to inform the traveller. They remain the property of their respective holders, and such mention implies no partnership, sponsorship or official connection with them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morocco Airport disclaims all liability for:

  • errors, inaccuracies, omissions or failures to update the published content;
  • decisions made by the User on the basis of the information on the Site (purchase of a ticket, booking, arranging a journey, etc.);
  • missed flights, delays, cancellations or additional costs arising from incorrect or outdated information;
  • any unavailability, interruption, slowness or malfunction of the Site, including for maintenance, technical incident, force majeure or external intervention;
  • any indirect damage (loss of time, data, opportunity or financial harm) linked to the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site is provided “as is”. We strive to offer reliable and up-to-date content, without however guaranteeing its accuracy, completeness or continuous availability. The User uses the Site at their sole responsibility.

Permitted use of the Site

Access to the Site is free and open. In return, the User undertakes to make fair use of it in compliance with the law. In particular, the User must not:

  • compromise the security, integrity or performance of the Site;
  • extract, copy or reuse the content on a massive or automated basis;
  • misuse the Site for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes.

Any abusive or non-compliant use may result in the restriction or suspension of access, without prejudice to possible legal action.

Intellectual property

The content produced by Morocco Airport (texts, guides, layouts, original graphic elements and the structure of the Site) is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of the Site or its rightful owners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited. Private, occasional and non-commercial use, with a clear mention of the source and a link to the Site, remains tolerated.

External links and third-party content

The Site may link to third-party sites (airlines, booking platforms, partners, information resources). These links are offered for the User’s convenience. We exercise no control over these sites and disclaim all liability regarding their content, availability, practices or policies.

Each third-party site applies its own terms of use, sale, cancellation and privacy, which the User must review before taking any action. Any dispute with a third-party provider falls exclusively within the relationship between the User and that provider.

Advertising and affiliate links

The Site may display advertising and contain affiliate links: a booking or purchase made through certain links may earn us a commission, at no additional cost to the User. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of difficulty, the User is invited to contact us in order to seek an amicable solution before taking any action. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of law.

Final provisions

If any clause of these Terms of Use were held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions would retain their full force. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms of Use are drafted in French; in the event of a translation, the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
